Ik zit zelf in de IT en het is vaak ingewikkeld om dit soort acties in systemen toe te passen, en dan ook nog voor een fonds waar nauwelijks handel in zit, dus ze hebben daar vast de een of andere alternatieve procedure toegepast om het voor elkaar te krijgen.

    Bij 100.000 stuks toewijzing moet je er al 3 miljoen hebben gehad. Heb je jezelf al gemeld als grootaandeelhouder? Belangen van meer dan 3 % moet je volgens de wet melden.

    ? €82m of funding now completed: €68m of equity and debt from Medite Smartply, BP, Business Growth Fund, Henderson Volantis and RBS to build world’s first Tricoya® wood chip acetylation plant in Hull; and €14m (before expenses) from Firm Placing and Open Offer providing additional working capital and to strengthen balance sheet in the context of the two significant capital projects.

    Trading update



    Accsys, the chemical technology group, focused on the acetylation of wood, today announced a trading update for the year ended 31 March 2017.

    De update vind ik persoonlijk best goed,maar de koers duikt dadelijk weer in het rood.
