   denk nog steeds dat voor de transfer van kapitaaluitkering met de share adjustment een notering aan 8 euro gewenst is, dus dat zou wel eens de prijs kunnen zijn waar men einde mei naar toewerkt.
   
   daarna met slechts rond de 140 mio uitstaande aandelen valt de handel voor volume helemaal weg en gaat TT enkel nog serieuze omzetten laten zien bij baanbrekend nieuws of bij cijferpresentatie
   
   de beperkte free-float en de lage beurswaarde kan waarschijnlijk later TT uit de midcap zetten en dan is het tijd om te delisten of een exit en dat aan een 1.2 miljard beurswaarde , waarvan 1/3e uit cash bestaat is een soft-target om een redelijke premie te betalen voor de resterende bedrijfsonderdelen
   
   met de reeds ontvangen cash van Telematics kan het allemaal voor som der delen wel een 11 @ 12 euro geven in totaal.
   
   de 6 put schrijven om 9 call kopen zou dan ook goed geld moeten opleveren, maar zoals met alles bij TT heb ik er al vaker naast gezeten
   
   de winnaars de laatste 4 jaar zijn zij geweest die rallies verkochten, maar met een Barclays die na de afronding van Telematics nu het aandeel heeft verlaten voor volgen zijn wel de short spelers uit de city ook grotendeels vertrokken, en dat is een plus, die druk is niet meer.

   Ik lees nieuwe PD voor autos.
   Motors, scooters campers, bridge Hub.
   
   Het is nog maar de vraag of PND autos naar 0 gaat, ik denk nooit.
   Veel nieuwe niche produkten: voor scooters moters campers vrachtwagens.
   
   Is de vraag niet gerechtigd, gezien alle PBs consumer vanaf 2016 waar het omslagpunt naar omzet groei binnen Consumer kan liggen.

   Ben er van overtuigd, dat de fouders Consumer zelf willen houden en hebben voor een habbekraats :-)
   
   Zoals Jim al zei: Voor de digitale kaartenstrijd hebben ze slagkracht nodig.

    Ja de opschortende voorwaarden zijn allen vervult en het geld is overgemaakt (de closing is nu gedaan). De shareconsolidatie kan echter pas 2 maanden na besluit op 18 maart ivm (theoretisch) bezwaar van schuldeisers. Dus op 19 mei kan de 750mln worden uitbetaald.

    Ga er maar van uit dat het per 1-1-2019 voor Bridgestone is (wat ook niet onlogisch is bij transacties als deze). Ik heb dit vandaag wederom gevraagd, tot nu toe weigeren ze dat te zeggen.

    Wellicht is onderstaande rekensom als eens voorbij gekomen, maar ik bereken toch enige exit strategie:
    
    Huidige waarde +/- 7,50 euro * 235 mln aandelen = 1762,5 mln euro waarde totaal
    
    Fouders hebben circa 48% = 846 mln waarde
    
    Na uitbetaling 3,25 euro is de nieuwe waarde 4,25 euro
    
    Nieuwe waarde 4,25 * 235 mln aandelen = 998,75 mln waarde restant
    
    Met een waarde van 846 mln kunnen ze dus een belang pakken van 84,71%
    
    Reken daar eventueel nog een JdM bij en ze kunnen (dirty) exitten
