    Doe ik uiteraard alleen bij fondsen waarbij echt vertrouwen in heb. Op dit moment alleen ARWR en GLPG. Bij ARWR nu vooral calls 35. Zodra de koers flink doorstijgen, en/of een half jaar voor expiratie rol ik die door naar een hogere strike en/of langere looptijd. Kost uiteraard premie, maar zolang ik daardoor zwaarder belegd kan zijn dan met aandelen heb ik die premie er wel voor over.
    Zo zijn calls 20 januari 2021 vanaf de dip van 8 naar 27 euro nu gegaan. De koers ging van 20 naar 45. Ik durfde ze toen helaas niet te kopen, maar met zowel die calls als de aandelen had je je inleg nu terug gehad. En als je nu afroomt maar wel dezelfde hoeveelheid calls aanhoudt, heb je dus cash om bij te kopen terwijl je wel blijft meedoen bij stijgende koersen.

    Heb zo al diverse fondsen waar ik door handelen gratis inzit, omdat ik mijn inleg als winst heb afgeroomd. Bij diverse fondsen met lage market cap en hoge vola door gewoon direct in aandelen te handelen, maar bij de grotere jongens dus met opties.
    Maar het vergt wel discipline en gaat niet altijd goed. Niet voor iedereen weggelegd, maar vind altijd wel dat mensen moeten weten dat er manieren zijn om winst af te romen zonder aandelen te hoeven verkopen. Of als je dan toch aandelen verkoopt, weer puts te schrijven om ze goedkoper terug te kopen.
    Of iemand er dan gebruik van maakt, is aan hem of haar zelf.

    Ik vind dit razendinteressant, maar echt begrijpen doe ik het (nog) niet. Moet me daar toch eens in gaan verdiepen. In elk geval bedankt, Holenbeer, voor de uitgebreide beschrijving van je aanpak.

    Er is altijd het risico dat trials mislukken. Toch kent RNAi een aantal voordelen tegenover de biotech industrie in het algemeen. Misschien wel de belangrijkste is dat het slagingspercentage bij RNAi-therapeutica in alle ontwikkelingsfasen aanzienlijk hoger ligt, afgezet tegen de industrie in het algemeen.
