    BCART is going to have to explain to investors the likely scope of future infectious disease projects. The Pandemic related work was completely understandable as a contribution to the worldwide fight against the pandemic, However, this part of the statement (non-exclusive) makes it look like there will be future infectious disease (ID) projects. An business focus they abdicated in 2018.

    "Under the new agreement, LifeArc obtains a nonexclusive license to use the Idylla ™ platform to develop Idylla ™ infectious and immune-related disease assays, aimed at supporting patient classification and monitoring treatments for patients with include bacterial, fungal and viral infections.

    Perhaps LifeArc sees the Septicyte Rapid test leading to ER console placements that would benefit other content they would like to see in the ER.

    Als er al een 30 dagen venster is, dan is deze zelfopgelegd door het bedriijf. In de Belgische wetgeving staat hierover niets, voor zover ik weet. Ik heb even naar de insider transacties van Bcart gekeken over de afgelopen 4 jaar, en er is in elke maand van het jaar al wel eens gehandeld, behalve in maart maar dat lijkt puur toeval. Verrelst heeft dus bewust gekozen om zijn aandelen in mei te kopen terwijl hij de maanden daarvoor aan een flink lagere koers kon inslaan. Als teken van vertrouwen kan dit tellen, lijkt me.

    The early May timing of the Verrest share buy is one week before the WondfoCartis PR about the results of the Chinese Lab testing and the fact that they had filed for registration for the three assays. It is reasonable to assume that he new the results when he made his share purchases. While the results of the head to head testing program alone could have spurred the buy, I wonder if either AZN or Covance partnership agreements included the payment of a performance milestone based on test results or assay IVD registration.

    Is anyone fluent in Mandarin to translate the 3 test result inserts?

    Your theory makes sense.
    I am sure we will know the answer to the AZN and Covance question tomorrow. Most of all I will be looking for clear signs of an acceleration of the "move to POC" because of Covid. Fingers crossed.

    I think BCART will quite possibly announce approval of the COVID EUA this week. T2 announced their EUA approval today. They are targeting the same ER and ICU market as BCART & Immunexpress, The cost of the T2 platform is listed at $125,000 and an additional $150 per test. If so, Idylla should have a cost advantage.

    Thanks for your effort. It is what I suspected, a testing score sheet, in this case for the BRAF Assay. Assuming they score based on 100, the results look great! I suspect that KRAS and EGFR are the other two inserts. Since the PR says they received high marks, we can probably take their word for it.

    Beetje uitleg in verband met de stille periode.
    Preventie van bedrijven
    Binnen bedrijven gelden vaak interne voorschriften om te voorkomen dat werknemers misbruik zullen maken van hun voorkennis. Een paar voorbeelden:

    • Stille periode of quiet period: begint een paar weken voor de publicatie van de kwartaalcijfers tot een paar dagen erna. Werknemers mogen dan geen aandelen van hun bedrijf kopen of verkopen.
    • Meldingsplicht: bepaalde personen in het bedrijf of in een gelieerd bedrijf moeten aankoop of verkoop van aandelen van het bedrijf aangeven. Tot deze groep behoren leden van de directie, de raad van commisarissen en anderen.
    • Vaak moeten ook gezinsleden van de betrokken personen zich aan deze maatregelen houden.

    Het is een geruststelling om te zien dat ze hun 2020 guidance opnieuw hebben bevestigd.
    Laten we niet vergeten dat de hele wereld in lockdown zat tijdens Q2 - dus dan lijken de cijfers op het eerste zicht al bij al nog mee te vallen.

    Ik blijf een beetje op mijn honger zitten met deze update en vreemd genoeg blijft het "negatief" nieuws bij mij meer plakken dan het positief nieuws.

    De EXAS samenwerking lijkt inderdaad op de kliffen te zijn gelopen zoals een tijdje geleden hier op het forum werd gesuggereerd. Daarnaast lijken registraties in China en Japan tot eind 2021 weer even op de lange baan geschoven te zijn terwijl ik daar wel iets sneller vooruitgang had verwacht.

    De EUA approval van de Covid-test zou de installed base toch een goeie boost moeten geven in H2 & de hoop moeten redden.

    Ik ben alvast benieuwd hoe de markt gaat reageren.

    Lijkt mij eerder zeer positief . Ze blijven bij de guidance van 325 tot 350 idylla’s met maar 125 verkocht tot hiertoe dan verwachten ze veel van de COVID test 2 de jaarhelft me dunkt
