    Dan begrijp ik niet waarom de 1250 er nog inkomen. Laag volume is dit niet

    Op 28 juni is er echter een Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders.

    Het lijkt me toch lastig om met de aandeelhouders te vergaderen als die compleet in het duister tasten over de commerciële resultaten van het afgelopen half jaar. En dan zijn uitspraken als “very strong early commercial success” niet voldoende. Daarom verwacht ik voor 28 juni wel een business update.

    Duidelijk dat er nu aandelen van hand tot hand moeten gaan. Van broker (onze 'liquidity provider') naar de eigenlijke investeerder bij de emissies . Tegen 28/6 zal die overdracht zeker gebeurd zijn en zien we wie de 'nieuwe' investeerder(s) is/zijn.
    De koers zal tijdens de overdracht nog geen vlucht nemen en niet boven 2,70€ uitstijgen

    De emissie was tegen een koers van € 2,70.
    Ik verwacht eerder een stijgende koers tot boven de emissiekoers.
    De investeerders kunnen ze dan eventueel na de lock up, verzilveren. Als ze daarvoor kiezen.
    Ik denk dat de koers gaat stijgen tot € 3 en hoger.

    Cambridge, UK and Indianapolis, US – 11 March 2021, 18:00 CET As previously announced1, Acacia Pharma Group plc launched a capital increase in cash within the authorised capital. The gross amount of this capital increase amounted to 27 million euros via an issue of 10,000,000 new shares at an issue price of 2.70 euros per share. The capital increase was achieved through an exempt accelerated private placement with international qualified and/or institutional investors with the composition of an order book (an accelerated bookbuilding). Additionally, 116,000 shares were issued in January and February 20212 to satisfy the exercise of options granted under the Company’s Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Plan at an exercise price of £2 per share.
