    Fidelity Fund Acquires 5.13% Interest in Crucell

    Leiden, The Netherlands, June 28, 2005 - Dutch biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (Euronext, NASDAQ: CRXL) announced today that Fidelity's FID Growth Company Fund has acquired a 5.13% interest in the share capital of the Company. Crucell has 41.0 million shares outstanding as of May 12, 2005. Thirteen million of the outstanding shares are listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange as American Depository Shares (ADS).

    FID houdt belang 5,13% in Crucell -- WMZ

    AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones)--houdt een belang van 5,13% in Crucell nv, zo blijkt uit een melding in het kader van de Wet Melding Zeggenschap in ter beurze genoteerde vennootschappen (WMZ).

    De meldingsplicht is ontstaan op 16 juni jongstleden.

    Het betreft de eerste WMZ-melding van FID Growth Company Fund in Crucell.

    Dat is ruim 1kk stukjes erbij, ik neem aan dat dat de transactie van vorige week was. Nu nog kijken of er iemand een afname van zijn of haar belang meldt.

    Het lijkt me de telling van 30 september, dus zonder de 1kk stukken van vorige week.
