    Als Donesta was goedgekeurd, zou dit een topjaar geweest zijn. Dan had je potentieel
    meer dan 500.000 prescription/maand (voor England) -> 6 miljoen per jaar.
    Aan een prijs van (laten we zeggen) €35 per voorschrijving, kom je zo aan 6 miljoen * €35 (per jaar)
    Dat is een potentiële sales van € 210 miljoen/ jaar in England alleen.
    Een "zeer goeie" deal voor Donesta (als veilig bevonden) is moeilijk te ontkennen.
    De kenners moeten hier groot potentiëel in zien.
    Maar tot hier het fantaseren :) , nu terug naar de orde van de dag,
    wachtend op de 52 week resultaten Donesta...

    Liège, Belgium, 14 September 2022, 17:45 CEST – Mithra (Euronext Brussels: MITRA) (the "Company" or "Mithra"), a company dedicated to Women’s Health, today announces that, following the first drawdown by the Company under the loan facility concluded with funds managed by Highbridge Capital Management, LLC ("Highbridge") and funds managed by Whitebox Advisors, LLC ("Whitebox", and together with Highbridge, each a “Lender”), another portion of the loans was contributed in kind by Whitebox against the issuance of new shares.

    Following the first drawdown, another portion of the loans (including accrued interest, as relevant, and an option payment amount) was contributed in kind for an aggregate amount of EUR 641,438.27 through the issuance of 97,670 new shares at an issue price of ca. EUR 6.57 per share.
