   Volume in nabeurs handel loopt nog op. Hoe kan zoiets terwijl de beurs al gesloten is? Zal me nu eigenlijk worst wezen, de goede berichten maken het wachten waard. Morgen koersexplosie? Hebben we met z'n allen lang genoeg op gewacht. Ben blij met de goede berichten en wacht met spanning op de dag van morgen. Succes allemaal!

   Nettowinst 4e kwartaal is 2 cent per aandeel (2.9 miljoen) als je daar de eenmalige netto bijdrage van 3.1 miljoen afhaalt kom je toch nog op een verlies van 200k. Maakt niets uit verder, eindelijk een positief kwartaal en nu maar niet te snel verkopen want de gote jongens gaan nu massaal instappen, leuk ritje naar de 10 dollar eind dit jaar moet echt mogelijk zijn.

    Ook een beetje meegekregen dat Chiddix Comcast en (met) Spot-on de duimschroeven aanzet?
    Chiddix said that talks with Comcast are being linked with Spot on, or other long term retail opportunities and a deal with only be made if it is a long term benefit to OPTV
    
    substantially on the litigation and how it relates to what they have planned for SPOTON and OTHER applications with COMCAST!! Obviously that does make the settlement talks more complicated, as Chiddix noted and much more productive for OPTV. Absolutely a tremendous CC. Management surely isn't sitting on their hands....

During the same period last year, the company reported a net loss of $6.3 million, or 5 cents a share. Analysts polled by Thomson First Call had expected a per-share loss of a penny. The digital and interactive television technology company said quarterly revenue was $23.2 million, down from $24.1 milion last year. Analysts were looking for revenue of $22 million. OpenTV added that it continues to evaluate internal controls over financial reporting, and cannot be certain that it will be able to file its form 10-K for 2005 on Thursday.

    If you notice towards the end of the CC Jim stated Comcast has yet to make an anouncement in regards to Spot on Deployement so Mr. Chidix wouldn't elaborate. Sounds like a deal is all but signed. If you listened to the presentation a couple of weeks ago Jim stated that there would be an anouncement soon. Putting the puzle together pretty much produces the Spot On deal.
    
    Congrats to the ACTV longs, its been a long wait that is finally turning to a positve outcome. This CC was the most upbeat I've heard. Very positive tone from Mr. Chidix.
    
    If not for the crappy last week we would be above 3 bucks with this qtr.

    JPM Interactive has announced a two-year deal with the PlayJam channel to provide interactive TV gaming to 10 million Sky Digital, ntl: and Telewest Broadband viewers across the UK.
    
    Hangman, Battleships and Sports Quiz will be the first titles accessible through the three interactive channels, following a three-month trial period that saw 30,000 viewers participating in TV gaming.
    
    "The deal with the PlayJam channel is a big step forward for JPM Interactive," offered Charles Walker, MD of JPM. "We are building on a 30-year track record to enter an exciting new market. We believe that our proven expertise in developing SWP games for pubs and clubs gives us a clear advantage in creating content for additional platforms such as interactive TV," he added.
    
    Games will be charged GBP 1 per play with all scores and prizes managed through JPM's internal Gameology system, which ensures all progress is tracked while content and questions are adapted to the users' skill.
    
    "JPM offer a great mix of compelling content and game management tools that will help us attract many more new users to Sky Digital, ntl: and Telewest Broadband's interactive services," said MD of PlayJam, Mickey Kalifa.
    
    "By running JPM's Gameology system, we can now increase player loyalty by tailoring the end user experience to the specific skill levels of the player," added Kalifa.
