    Misschien wel de laagste prijs ooit voor de inkoop, in ieder geval na het samengaan van de NL en UK delen.

    De olieprijs daalt, op inveztor zijn ze zelfs short op de olie gegaan las ik...

    Nou ja, als de volatiliteit nog wat oploopt ga ik overwegen een paar putjes te schrijven.

    In Londen is de de koers voor B-shares iets gedaald. Nog goedkoper dus.

    Maar ja, in deze markt kunnen er zomaar partijen zijn die cash moeten zien en dan maar aandelen te gelde maken.

    Misschien wordt het tijd om eens naar de lange calls DEC 2012 te kijken. De 16 noteert minder dan 6 euro, en alleen al de inflatie zou tegen die tijd de koers boven de 23 euro moeten zetten.

    B-shares in Londen relatief veel gedaald, -21p naar 1541p. Ondanks dat het aandeel overdag fors in de plus stond wederom een lagere inkoop koers dus.

    Misschien dat ik morgen iets met opties ga doen.

    Knap gedaan, op deze plusdag toch vroeg erbij geweest en nog goedkoper gekocht dan gisteren.

    Er zit toch weer een behoorlijk groot verschil tussen de A- en de B-shares: slotkoers vandaag 1712p resp 1636p. Gisteren was het verschil zelfs nog groter 1684p vs. 1595p (meer dan 5%).

    Ik hoor helemaal geen klachten meer over dat Shell het inkoopprogramma stil legt als de koers laag is....

    Sinds begin april is Shell B-shares aan het inkopen.

    Stand vóór 1 april: 3.554.425.000 A + 2.759.360.000 B shares = 6.313.785.000
    Stand nu: 3,547,035,973 A + 2,705,993,343 B shares = 6.253.029.316

    Dus in een halfjaar is bijna 1% van alle aandelen ingekocht. De koers-range in dit halfjaar was € 19,50 (gisteren) tot € 28,45 (22 mei).

    Als ze dit doen om de amerikaanse beleggers te behagen laten ze dan maar stoppen. Want bij iedere stijging van de dollar gaat de koers ten opzichte van de amerikaanse concurrenten onderuit. Kortom men ziet Shell daar niet als wereldspeler maar als een europees clubje. Waarom dan al die moeite zie ook de dividend uitkering feitelijk krijgen de amerikanen ruim 10% meer dan wij maar het ondersteunt de koers niet.

    Och, wat mij betreft heft Shell de notering daar op. Alleen is dat politiek misschien niet zo handig. Maar de koers wordt hier in Amsterdam en Londen gemaakt hoor, niet in de VS.

    Zolang ze blijven inkopen als is het maar 100k dag heeft men er vertrouwen in dat de huidige ontwikkelingen de winst niet zodanig vermindert dat het dividend in gevaar gaat komen.

    Als shell niet rap stopt met investeren in te dure projecten en start met een massaal inkoopprogramma ga ik mijn naam moeten veranderen vrees ik...fortis was al effe slikken maar shell begint nu ook pijn te doen. Het is echt gokken nu want kan morgen, volgden week op pas in 2010 plots hoger gaan. Zitten een beetje in een vicieuze cirkel. Vorige week is Fortis kapot gegaan, bedrijf maakte wel een paar miljard € winst per jaar... Ze hadden beter de beurs een paar weken geleden stil gelegd. En die minister Bos van jullie...die denkt dat enkel belgen aandelen fortis hadden of wat? Maar bon we zijn aan het afwijken. Shell creeer eens aandeelhouderswaarde. Koop eens echt aandelen op en niet aan dat fluttempo van vandaag!
