    Enige nieuwe wat interessant is:

    Sales in the first quarter of the new financial year have continued to show very positive growth compared to the same period last year. While we remain optimistic concerning future growth prospects, it remains likely that such sales growth may be lumpy, reflecting that some new opportunities may be more significant than others.

    Verder zou het heeeel interessant zijn om meer te weten over hoe de accoya sales momenteel loopt @ outlets @ solvay!! Maybe tijdens de zomervakantie maar is een outlet in france binnenstappen :)

    Net even de presentatie teruggekeken. Volop kansen en mooi verhaal maar dat er nog steeds 11 milj verlies wordt gemaakt op een omzet van 18 milj baart ze nauwelijks zorgen zo lijkt het. Jammer dat er geen vragen waren. De 50% omzetgroei die ze het 1e kwartaal verwachten is positief. Verder een belangrijk jaar waarin deals gemaakt moeten worden. Dit is ook wel nodig want naar mijn weten zijn er dit jaar geen inkomsten uit uitgiften(ineos) of sale and lease back om de cash outflow te compenseren.

    Groei is sterk, maar een echte explosie in groei is nodig om de koers ook een mooie blijvende opkikker te geven. Ik begin me te ergeren aan de vele beloftes in alle persberichten.

    bijna 4% van het totale aantal aandelen is niet niets ben benieuwd wie er gaat melden dat haar belang verkleind is of vergroot

    Weer een hoop gelul van die Clegg. Vult zijn eigen zakken met 4 ton per jaar, heeft zich volgepropt met aandelen op een duppie maar het verlies is nog steeds enorm ten opzichte van de omzet. Heeft iemand al uitgerekend wanneer het geld op is als er in dit tempo verlies wordt gemaakt?

    ACCSYS JV SIGNS TRICOYA LICENCE AGREEMENT WITH MEDITE First Tricoya licence agreement through JV with INEOS
    Accsys, the environmental science and technology company whose primary focus is on the production and technology licensing of Accoya® wood and Tricoya® wood elements, today announces that its joint venture with INEOS, Tricoya Technologies Limited (‘TTL’), has entered into a joint development, production and distribution Licence Agreement with Medite Europe Ltd (‘Medite’) to build and operate a plant to manufacture, market and sell Tricoya® (the ‘licence agreement’).
    Key details of the licence agreement are:
    ? TTL has granted Medite a licence to build and operate a plant to manufacture an initial capacity of 30,000 metric tonnes per annum of Tricoya® (equivalent to approximately 42,000m3 of Tricoya® MDF panels), with a time limited option to increase capacity upon payment of additional fees
    ? Medite has secured exclusive rights to market and sell Tricoya® MDF in Ireland, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom and non-exclusive rights to market and sell Tricoya® MDF or Tricoya® wood elements, subject to certain restrictions, in other territories
    ? The licence is conditional on Medite obtaining approval from its Board of Directors prior to proceeding with construction of the plant; Board approval is targeted for mid-2014 with mechanical completion of the plant targeted by the end of 2015
    ? The licence has been granted in return for a series of technology-based licence payments that Medite will begin making to TTL upon signature of the agreement, and royalty fees payable per metric tonne of production
    ? TTL is responsible for producing a detailed engineering plan, called a Process Design Package (‘PDP’), that scopes out the core areas of the plant; part of the PDP is expected to be delivered prior to the licence becoming unconditional following Medite Board approval, with the final PDP delivered after approval
    ? Medite will provide, in exchange for certain conditional future payments from TTL, both technical support services and, if required, a guaranteed proportion of its output to support other prospective Tricoya® licensees
    It is anticipated that Accsys will provide significant and increasing volumes of acetylated material during the pre-start-up period, both to support Medite’s market development and to enable Medite to provide seeding material for other prospective licensees in different regions.

    LONDEN (AFN) - Het samenwerkingsverband van Accsys Technologies en INEOS heeft de eerste licentieovereenkomst voor Tricoya gesloten. De joint venture Tricoya Technologies Limited (TTL) gaat het product samen met Medite Europe maken en verkopen. Dat maakte Accsys donderdag bekend zonder financiële details prijs te geven.
    TTL verstrekte Medite een licentie voor de bouw van een fabriek met een aanvankelijke capaciteit van 30.000 ton Tricoya. Medite, dat de dagelijkse leiding krijgt over de fabriek, heeft een optie om de capaciteit in ruil voor aanvullende fees te vergroten. De licentie is verstrekt op voorwaarde dat het bestuur van Medite instemt met de bouw van de fabriek. Die goedkeuring wordt medio 2014 verwacht, gevolgd door de ,,mechanische afronding'' van de fabriek eind 2015.
    Medite krijgt het exclusieve recht voor de verkoop van Tricoya MDF in Ierland, Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk en niet-exclusieve rechten om het product en Tricoya houtelementen in andere gebieden aan de man te brengen.
    Medite zal TTL betalen voor technologielicenties en daarnaast per geproduceerde ton royalties overmaken aan de houtbewerker. TTL kan tegen betaling gebruik maken van bepaalde ondersteunende diensten van Medite.
