   AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones)--Jetix Europe nv gaat EUR50 miljoen uit zijn agio reserve uitkeren aan aandeelhouders. Dit meldt het entertainmentbedrijf donderdag voorbeurs.
   
   De uitkering zal worden voorgelegd aan aandeelhouders tijdens een buitengewone aandeelhoudersvergadering op 25 juli 2007.
   
   Indien aandeelhouders goedkeuring verlenen aan het voorstel, wordt de betaling op 3 augustus gedaan aan houders.
   
   The Walt Disney Company is grootaandeelhouders in Jetix met een belang van circa 74%.

   AMSTERDAM (FD.nl/Betten) - Hier volgt de tekst van een persbericht van Jetix Europe.
   
   Amsterdam, The Netherlands & London, UK: The Management and Supervisory Boards of Jetix Europe NV (AMEX: JETIX; Reuters: JETIX.AS; Bloomberg: JETIX.NA) today announce a proposed distribution out of the share premium reserve of euro 50 million to the Company's shareholders.
   
   The Company's shareholders will be asked to vote on the proposed share premium distribution in an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) which is scheduled for the 25th of July in Amsterdam. Formal notice of the EGM will be issued shortly.
   
   If the shareholders resolve to make the distribution, the ex-distribution date will be 27th of July 2007, the record date 31st of July 2007 and the payment date 3rd August 2007.
