    Natuurlijk, we moeten het nog even afwachten of het zo hoog of nog meer gaat worden .
    Je vergeet echter 1 ding . Een darm(prostaat)kanker test is iets heel anders dan een medicijn .
    Exact Sciences gaat als enige de markt op met dit product . Dus monopolie positie . Tevens zorgt deze testen er voor dat patiënten niet onnodig pijnlijke onderzoeken moeten ondergaan
    Patiënten en doktoren zitten te springen om dit soort testen .
    Tevens zorgt zo'n pretest voor besparing op de gezondheidskosten . Lijkt me dus dan 1+1 2 is .

    ik denk dat het een dubbel verhaal is

    EN de mensen balen dat ze nog niet zijn ingestapt op de lage koers, verwachting is een stijging waar deze naartoe leidt is nog een grote onbekende, dus instappen kan nog altijd tegen een lage koers, echter de eerste winst is niet gepakt, so what..er is nog genoeg koersstijging in de pijplijn. (neem als voorbeeld Klaas).

    EN er is wel degelijk al iets van goedkeuring Exact ingeprijsd in het aandeel van MDX. Het is moeilijk te zeggen wat er nu ongeveer is ingeprijsd, maar voorlopers zijn er altijd en overal. Er wordt uitgegaan van een markt van 1 mrd, maar dat is binnen 5 jaar, niet nu meteen.

    Ik ben het met je eens dat het aandeel nog verder kan en zal stijgen, maar dat wil nog niet zeggen dat we een Genfit-scenario krijgen, wat dat betref zijn er meer bio-bedrijven met gouden eieren die voor een koopje zijn overgenomen.

    Waar we nu alleen aan voorbijgaan is dat MDX zelf ook produkten op de markt heeft en de laatste 3 jaar telkens een stijging in kwartaal omzet liet zien (behalve 2013-Q4, maar dit wordt volgens mij rechtgetrokken in 2014-Q1). Alleen dit al dient een behoorlijke koersstijging teweeg te brengen.

    Nogmaals: ik denk dat we de 10 euro nooit gaan zien!

    MDxHealth Licensee Exact Sciences Receives FDA Panel Recommendation for Approval of Colorectal Cancer Screening Test

    MDxHealth's Epigenetic Biomarker Used in Cologuard Test



    IRVINE, CA, and HERSTAL, BELGIUM - March 28, 2014 - MDxHealth SA (NYSE Euronext: MDXH), a leading molecular diagnostic company that develops and commercializes epigenetic tests to improve the diagnosis and treatment of cancer patients, today announced that the Molecular and Clinical Genetics Panel of the United States Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) Medical Devices Advisory Committee strongly endorsed approval of Cologuard(TM). The Committee determined by a unanimous vote of 10 to zero that Exact Sciences has demonstrated safety, effectiveness and a favorable risk benefit profile of Cologuard, the company's stool-based DNA (sDNA), non-invasive colorectal cancer screening test. Cologuard incorporates one of MDxHealth's epigenetic biomarkers and methylation specific PCR (MSP) technology, which was licensed to Exact Sciences in July 2010.



    "Colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in the United States yet often viewed as the most preventable," stated Dr. Jan Groen, CEO of MDxHealth. "We are very proud to see that one of our epigenetic biomarkers is a key component of the biomarker panel incorporated in the Cologuard screening test."



    Cologuard is designed to detect specific changes in a patient's DNA that appear in the stool, which could indicate the presence of colorectal cancer or pre-cancerous polyps. The test also identifies the presence of blood in the stool, another indicator of possible colorectal cancer.

    Cologuard is an investigational device currently under review by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is not available for sale in the United States. The Committee's recommendation will be taken into consideration by the FDA in its final review of the Cologuard test. The FDA is not bound by the Committee's guidance but often follows this expert guidance.

    Denk dat ze op het Galapagos-forum ook zitten te slapen, of het is hoogmoed dat er geen beter bedrijf is als Galapagos.
    Probeerde een paar weken terug interesse te brengen voor dit bedrijf, maar werd gelijk afgebrand dat het het forum van Galapagos is. Nou dan niet, toch!

    We gaan het zien wat het vandaag wordt hier en de komende weken.

    Ik niet .

    Er werd tot 5,09 boven de 200000 stuks gekocht . Kort daarna met enkele tienduizenden tactisch terug gezet . Zijn alweer een aantal KT ers uitgeschut . Heel mooi . We gebruiken LT voor de komende jaren
