   Vandaag eindigt FY2015, morgen trapt TIE af voor FY2016. Onderstaand de gewijzigde IR Policy!
   
   Investor Relations Policy - as of October 1, 2015
   We aim for transparent communication and we therefore provide detailed, clear and timely information to existing and potential shareholders, financial analysts and the media. We also operate an open-door policy with regard to enquiries.
   
   We provide our shareholders and financial market stakeholders with similar and simultaneous information about potentially price sensitive matters.
   
   We are very careful with our contacts between company executives and shareholders and analysts and we do not engage in actions that might compromise analyst independence.
   
   We communicate with shareholders and analysts through regular meetings such as our Annual General Meeting of Shareholders or bilateral meetings as the case may be. Bilateral meetings are organized to ensure that (potential) shareholders receive a balanced and comprehensive view of our performance and strategy and the issues we face in the execution of our goals.
   
   We are always careful to observe the rules on fair disclosure, equal treatment of shareholders, insider trading and transparency in all our communications.
   
   We publish an annual report, semi-annual results and quarterly trading updates. We also keep our stakeholders informed through press releases. We also may issue press releases of a commercial or strategic nature, if and when the company deems that to be of interest to its stakeholders. Commercial sensitivity may prevent us from disclosing contract details (such as customer names, transaction value etc.). It is our policy to issue a press release when we receive an order with an order value exceeding Euro 250.000, when we receive an order of strategic nature or when we engage in a strategic partnership. We will also issue a press release when our monthly cumulative order value exceeds euro 1 million for any given month.
   
   We do not assess, comment on or correct – other than factually – any analysts’ reports or analyst valuations.
   
   We assure that our contacts with the capital markets are always dealt with by the Executive Board (or Supervisory Board as the case may be) or other personnel mandated to this extend by our Executive Board.

   Wat vormen volgens jou de aanleidingen voor TIE KINETIX om een update van de IR Policy op de website te plaatsen ?
   
   Positief denkend zou je zeggen dat er een verband ligt naar de vragen en opmerkingen omtrent IR policy ten tijde van de AvA 2015.
   Zit zelf nog immer te denken waarom PvS vroegtijdig zijn positie in de RvC heeft opgegeven.
   Was de dubbelrol van grootaandeelhouder, zakenvriend van MT leden en lid RvC in combinatie met performancde & belangen binnen TIE KINETIX onhoudbaar en te belastend.
   
   Waarom past een bedrijf überhaupt diens invetor policy aan ? Ik zie dit niet vaak bij bedrijven gebeuren, vandaar de vraag.
   heb jij scherp, welke mutaties er plaats hebben gevonden in de IR policy i.r.t. governance en regels ?
   Ik kan me niet herinneren , dat er ooit iets is gesteld over cumulative ordervalue\month. Dit getal als onderdeel persbericht gaat iets zeggen over het groeitempo.

   Op de AvA is aangegeven dat men weer meer aan IR ging doen.
   
   TIE heeft toestemming van klanten nodig om een PB uit te brengen. Getuige de newsflow kwam die toestemming zelden. Vanaf heden zal er wel een PB volgen maar dan zonder de klant te noemen.
   Nieuw is inderdaad de vermelding van de order intake mits > 1 mio per maand.
