   Andrade said she decided to abandon her claims and try to record incriminating evidence against the pair after Wohl asked her to find another woman to accuse Fauci of sexual assault — as they’ve done to former special counsel Robert Mueller and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA).
   
   “Let me tell you something, Diana,” says Burkman on the nine-minute, 35-second call. “This guy shut the country down. He put 40 million people out of work. In a situation like that, you have to make up whatever you have to make up to stop that train and that’s the way life works, okay? That’s the way it goes.”
   
   Andrade reminds the pair that COVID-19 was dangerous, and asked them to take the outbreak seriously — but Burkman seemed excited about mass deaths.
   
   “Mother Nature has to clean the barn every so often,” Burkman says. “How real is it? Who knows? So what if 1 percent of the population goes? So what if you lose 400,000 people? 200,000 were elderly, the other 200,000 are the bottom of society. You got to clean out the barn. If it’s real, it’s a positive thing, for God’s sake.”
   
   Andrade sounded horrified by his “survival of the fittest” argument, and then Wohl begged her to keep her mouth shut and stick with her story.
   
   “What could be wrong, Diana?” Wohl asks. “You did a good job, you got paid. What’s the problem? What seems to be the issue? You’re freaking out. You’re texting me late at night. What’s the issue?”
   
   Andrade asks whether a man who hand-delivered five figures to her in Los Angeles was actually a lawyer, as the pair claimed, and Wohl boasts that the attorney has White House connections.
   
   “Yeah, he’s a real lawyer,” Wohl says. “He’s a good lawyer.”
   
   Shortly after the call ended, Andrade decided to send the recording to Reason and expose the pair’s nefarious scheme.

   1-This time, he purports to have evidence of a recent “long-term sexual relationship” (lasting several months?) between Elizabeth Warren and a 24-year-old bodybuilder Marine. Sure Jake!
   
   This is not the first time Wohl has come out with a ridiculous, unsupported claim against a left-wing politician. In fact, it’s not even the fourth. Along with his partner-in-crime Jack Burkman — literally, the pair is likely under investigation by the FBI — the MAGA-loving freelance “intelligence” operative has tried and failed to take down Robert Mueller, Pete Buttigieg and more in the last year alone, most often by claiming to have dirt on a subject that is quickly revealed to have been manufactured (poorly). So far, the duo have only managed to expose themselves as two men with the know-how and subtlety of two children in a trench-coat trying to buy a dirty magazine.
   
   A brief roundup of the failed diabolical plots of Jacob Wohl and Jack Burkman:
   
   2-The failed Robert Mueller smear
   
   Last October, in the midst of his investigation of Russian meddling into the 2016 election, Wohl and Burkman tried to accuse Special Counsel Robert Mueller of sexual misconduct.
   
   3-The failed Kamala Harris smear
   
   In January of 2019, shortly after California senator Kamala Harris announced her bid for president, Wohl began tweeting that she was not eligible to run because her parents were not born in the United States.
   
   4-The failed Ilhan Omar smear
   
   In February 2019, Wohl and another far-right conspiracy theorist and fellow banned Twitter user Laura Loomer traveled to Minnesota to “prove” that Representative Ilhan Omar had married her brother in order to get him U.S. citizenship, a racist, fully-debunked attack that has long been made on the Somali-American politician. Wohl claimed he had to travel with security because of “Somali jihadists” who had threatened him, but refused to show any of these armed bodyguards on his livestream.
   
   5-The failed Pete Buttigieg smear
   
   In April of 2019, Wohl and Burkman tried making false sexual-assault allegations against 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg. This time they published claims on Medium that a Michigan college student named Hunter Kelly had been a victim of Buttiegieg’s, and held a press conference in May in the driveway of Burkman’s suburban home.
   
   6-The failed Trump whistle-blower reveal
   
   As recently as this past Tuesday, October 2, Burkman and Wohl were yet again holding a press conference in Burkman’s Arlington driveway. This time, they promised to reveal the name of the whistle-blower who had revealed Donald Trump’s phone calls with the Ukrainian Prime Minister, for which he is now facing calls for impeachment.
   
   Of course, they were “unable to release” the name of the informant, and still haven’t.

    De DOJ heeft nu een verzoek aan de rechtbank gedaan de zaak te laten vallen.
    
    Het is geen wet van Meden en Perzen dat judge Sullivan hiermee akkoord gaat.
    
    De rechter weet dat Flynn bekend heeft en bereid was om mee te werken met de aanklagers.
    
    De rechter heeft tijdens het verloop van de rechtszaak al eens de suggestie gedaan dat Flynn's gedrag op landverraad leek.
    
    Het is twijfelachtig of rechter Sullivan toestemming geeft aan dit verzoek om de zaak te laten vallen
    
    De rechtbank is geen speeltuin. 2 jaar lang procederen en dan ineens zeggen er was niets aan de hand. Daar moeten goede argumenten voor worden aangevoerd.

    Het afgelopen jaar of zo, heeft Procureur-generaal Bill Barr grotendeels gedaan alsof hij de bewegingen maakte die Donald Trump wilde. Zo lekte Barr naar de media dat hij Trump's nemesis Andrew McCabe strafrechtelijk aanklaagde, maar uiteindelijk moest hij toegeven dat er niet eens een zaak was. Nu Trump wanhopig een overwinning nodig heeft - of tenminste hoe een "overwinning" er in zijn instortende geest ook uitziet - is Barr's hand eindelijk gedwongen.
    Bill Barr dwong het ministerie van Justitie om de strafzaak tegen Michael Flynn vandaag te laten vallen. Dit ondanks het feit dat Flynn al schuldig heeft gepleit en op het punt stond veroordeeld te worden tot de gevangenis. Dit is een prachtig geval van belemmering van de rechtsgang van Barr's kant, en het zet hem stevig op de hot seat. De hoofdofficier van justitie in de Flynn-zaak, Brandon Van Grack, heeft zich nu teruggetrokken uit de zaak bij uitprotest. Het is nog niet duidelijk wat de rechter in de zaak zal doen, maar hij heeft eerder aangetoond dat hij nul tolerantie voor dit soort dingen heeft.
    
    Eén ding is duidelijk: als Bill Barr hiervoor nog niet voor de gevangenis was bestemd, is het nu een garantie dat hij de rest van zijn leven in de gevangenis zal doorbrengen als Trump uit zijn ambt is verdwenen. Het lijkt ook waarschijnlijk dat zodra Trump en Barr weg zijn, het DOJ de zaak tegen Flynn gewoon zal terugbrengen. Maar voorlopig zet Barr zijn leven in op de hoop dat Trump de verkiezingen wint of hem gratie verleent op weg naar buiten.
    
    Donald Trump lijkt te geloven dat hij campagne kan voeren op de "vrijspraak" van Michael Flynn. Hier is het ding, dat wel. Niemand buiten zijn gestoorde basis gelooft dat Flynn onschuldig is, of geeft om. Trump zal hier geen enkele stem van krijgen. En als anti-Trump krachten in staat zijn om het verhaal effectief te karakteriseren, kunnen ze nu campagne voeren over het feit dat Trump en Barr uit de hand lopen criminelen die net illegaal brak hun mede-samenzweerder Flynn uit de gevangenis. Wat Trump en Barr doen is zo zeer crimineel, maar toch zo zinloos.

    House Judiciary chair vows to haul Bill Barr into Congress after DOJ drops Flynn case
    
    On Thursday, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) blasted Attorney General William Barr’s decision to drop charges against President Donald Trump’s former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn as “outrageous”.
    
    Nadler vowed that he would bring Barr before Congress and “demand answers” on the Flynn decision, as quickly as the COVID-19 pandemic and its logistical challenges would allow.

    de FBI onderzoekt een verdachte, de verdachte bekend, en dan nog eens, en werkt mee met het onderzoek naar grotere vissen om zodoende een lagere straf te krijgen voor hem (en zijn zoon).
    
    En voordat de rechter uitspraak doet, grijpt DOJ in, en vertraagt de zaak, om uiteindelijk te laten vallen.

    vandaag kwam er een vrijgave van de transcripts van het Rusland onderzoek door het Huis van Afgevaardigden.
    Wij laten ons niet afleiden door zo'n trump/barr afleidingsmanoeuvre.
    
    Trump’s campaign invited Russian help, made full use of it, then covered it up.
    
    Then, Trump sought more illicit help from Ukraine, leading to his impeachment and a bipartisan vote to convict.
