   IBC Advanced Alloys Announces Closing of its Non-Brokered Private Placement
   
   FRANKLIN, IN [DATE] – IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (TSX-V: IB; OTCQB: IAALF) (“IBC” or the “Company”) a leading beryllium and copper advanced alloys company, is pleased to announce that it has closed the Company’s previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”).
   
   Pursuant to the Offering, the Company issued 11,269,444 units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of C$0.108 per Unit for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately C$1,217,100. Each Unit consisted of one common share of IBC (each, a "Common Share") and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of C$0.135 until December 30, 2024. All of the securities issued pursuant to the Offering are subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
   
   Proceeds of the Offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
   
   Lind Global Fund II LP, managed by The Lind Partners, LLC, a New York-based institutional fund manager, led the equity raise for IBC by purchasing 6,944,444 units of the Company for gross proceeds of approximately C$750,000.

   (MT Newswires) -- IBC Advanced Alloys (IB.V) zei tijdens het nieuwjaarsweekend dat het zijn eerder aangekondigde onderhandse plaatsing zonder beursgang heeft afgesloten, waardoor zijn aandelen dinsdag bij de laatste lezing bijna 4% hoger stonden dan bij een dieptepunt op 52 weken.
   
   De producent van beryllium en koperlegeringen zei dat het ongeveer 11,3 miljoen eenheden uitgaf tegen een prijs van $0,108 per stuk voor een bruto-opbrengst van ongeveer $1,22 miljoen. Elke eenheid bestond uit één gewoon aandeel en één warrant. Elke warrant geeft de houder het recht om één aandeel te verwerven tegen een prijs van $0,135 tot 30 december 2024.
   
   Lind Global Fund II LP, beheerd door The Lind Partners, LLC, een in New York gevestigde institutionele fondsbeheerder, leidde de aandelenverhoging door ongeveer 6,9 miljoen eenheden te kopen voor een bruto-opbrengst van ongeveer $750.000.
   
   IBC Advanced zei dat het de opbrengst van het aanbod zal gebruiken voor werkkapitaal en algemene bedrijfsdoeleinden.

   Ibc heeft dit jaar bekendgemaakt een divisie te willen afstoten nadat is gebleken dat nieuwe opdrachten niet winstgevend zouden zijn.Men concentreert zich verder op de koperdivsie.

   IBC is nu bezig met de afhandeling van de divisie.
   
   Voor het pand wordt een nieuwe huurder gezocht zodat men mogelijk vroegtijdig onder de huurovereenkomst uitkomt.
   
   De Amerikaanse Navy heeft contact opgezocht met IBC adavnced alloys en mogelijk dat hier toekomstige omzet uit kan vloeien. Zie presentatie en Q&A

    IBC heeft zijn 1e kwartaalcijfers 2025 ( gebroken boekjaar) gepresenteerd.
    Helaas drukken er nog kosten van de afgestoten divisie op de kwartaalcijfers en zou het volgens de webcast over Q1 2025 langzaam uitlopen.

    IBC Advanced Alloys Announces Amendment of Existing Credit Facilities
    
    FRANKLIN, Ind., January 2, 2025 – IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (“IBC” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: IB; OTCQB: IAALF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into amendments (the “Amendments”) with Mr. Mark Smith (the “Lender”), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, to extend the maturity dates of two existing credit facility agreements (the “Existing Loan Agreements”) with the Lender until June 30, 2025 and certain other revisions governing monthly repayment obligations. The terms of the Existing Loan Agreements are described in the Company’s press releases dated August 19, 2022, June 19, 2023 and October 3, 2023. The Amendments are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSX-V”).
    
    The Company has also entered into an agreement with Mr. Smith granting him certain information rights, registration rights, and the right to participate in future financings.
    
    The Amendments involve a related party (as such term is defined under Multilateral Instrument 61-101 – Protection of Minority Security Holders in Special Transactions (“MI 61-101”)), specifically a director and senior officer of the Company, and constitute related party transactions under MI 61-101. These transactions are exempt from the formal valuation and minority shareholder approval requirements of MI 61-101 pursuant to sections 5.5(b) and 5.7(1)(f) of MI 61-101, as the Company is not listed on the markets specified by section 5.4(b) of MI 61-101, and the Amendments are on reasonable commercial terms and not convertible into or repayable in equity or voting securities of the Company.

    Ben benieuwd of er een nieuwe huurder gevonden is voor het pand en of de overgebleven afdeling genoeg omzet/ winst maakt om de nog lopende kosten van de gesloten afdeling te dragen zodat er daadwerkelijk in Q2 weer winst geboekt wordt?
    
    Heeft men weer een stijgende omzetlijn gevonden?
