IgF/igfbp3 binding is accomplished by tertiary/quaternary
protein interactions. Therefore the magic of the complex is in
the BP3. IGF1 from any source should couple with BP3( this
is what happens when BP3 is given alone in the body)That's why they call it a binding protein.
I would need to have a protein biologist conform this,
but hIGF will be complexed to Insmed's BP3, be it from ecoli or yeast. ( as port has posted as the expression system for ceplalon)
