    Deze ook maar eens op de watchlist zetten, koers in half jaar van rond de 4 dollar naar 0,25 dollarcent.. vandaag weer iets up, is 0,25 de bodem? Aantal uitstaande aandelen valt mee met een 30 miljoen stuks, toch maar eens uitzoeken waarom dit fonds zo gedaald is..

    Betreft een constant dalende koers.

    In personeelsbestand kan haast niet meer gesneden worden.

    Heeft iemand tickerlijst van deze van gisteren?
    Had doorlopende verkoop op 0,44 liggen en er slechts een klein plukje verkocht, terwijl koers 0,45 hoog is geweest? Iemand een reden hiervoor?

    De koersen worden met een vertraging doorgegegen. Waarschijnlijk heeft de koers niet lang genoeg jouw koers aangetikt.

    What is the status of the litigation with GlycoGenesys?

    In January 2004, Dr. Platt, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, filed a lawsuit in Massachusetts Superior Court against GlycoGenesys, Inc. for various claims including breach of contract. In February 2004, GlycoGenesys filed a counterclaim lawsuit against us and Dr. Platt alleging tortious interference and misappropriation of proprietary rights. On February 2, 2006, GlycoGenesys filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, as a result of which the counterclaim litigation is stayed. On June 1, 2006, the bankruptcy court approved a motion by GlycoGenesys to convert the proceeding to Chapter 7 liquidation. On October 23, 2006, the judge issued an order allowing the liquidation sale of certain GlycoGenesys assets to Marlborough Research and Development, Inc. including the counterclaim lawsuit. It is unclear at this time if Marlborough Research and Development, Inc. will pursue this litigation.

    Thanks voor info, ik denk dat er ook maar een minimaal aantal stukken gegaan zijn op 0,44/0,45..

(Amex: PRW - News), a developer of novel carbohydrate compounds, today announced it has requested a meeting with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) to discuss data and plans for submitting a New Drug Application (NDA), under Section 505 (b)(2), for DAVANAT® to be co-administered with 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) to treat cancer patients.

    DAVANAT®, the Company's lead drug candidate, is a carbohydrate polymer, composed of mannose and galactose (galactomannan). 5-FU is an FDA-approved chemotherapy drug that is used to treat various types of cancers, including colorectal, breast and gastrointestinal.

    "Our goal is to commercialize our compounds and get them to market in multiple applications and indications," said David Platt, Ph.D., President & Chief Executive Officer, Pro-Pharmaceuticals, Inc. "To gain FDA marketing approval for our lead compound DAVANAT® would be a major milestone in the development of our technology. Pharmaceutical companies are also evaluating our carbohydrate compounds for use with their chemotherapeutic agents."

    The Company is using DAVANAT® to obtain more timely and efficient marketing approval of new formulations of previously approved therapeutics which incorporate the Company's proprietary drug target delivery compound through Section 505(b)(2). The FDA has approved galactomannans for oral and topical applications.
