    Niche, laat ook maar. Een paar posts terug geeft Douwe het al aan:

    "lange termijn , hoogste omzet sinds begin 2005"

    Maar he bedankt voor je grafiek. Zal eens zo'n aanbeveling geven. ;)

    zolang de koers binnen of aan de bovenkant van het trendkanaal beweegt is dat positief.
    het wordt opletten zodra de koers aan de onderkant van het trendkanaal gaat bewegen, na een neerwaartse doorbraak (op slotkoers basis) volgt vaak een versnelling naar beneden.

    bedankt voor de info niche,maar wat denk jij hoe de koers zich zal gaan bewegen volgende week..??
    af en toe is er ook geen touw aan vast te knopen bij het aandeel hagemeyer..!!

    gezien het huidige sentiment denk ik dat de onderkant van het opgaande trendkanaal opgezocht gaat worden, dat ligt ongeveer op 4,00.

    Met een koers/winstverhouding van 9,16 en een dividendrendement van 3,92% en "Growing the value 15% per annum by 2010" hoeven we ons de komende jaren geen zorgen te maken. Het enige is een voortijdige overname die roet in het eten kan gooien. ;-)

    Kom je zo nog met de dagelijkse halfjaar-grafiek Niche?

    De steun heeft het niet gehouden he? :S Ik had overigens niet echt het idee dat er veel steun was vandaag.

    En waarom zou er ook een steun moeten liggen bij 3,95? Waarom zouden er dan ineens meer kopers op komen draven dan wel minder mensen kun aandelen weg doen?
    Volgens mij kan TA (helaas) niet zoveel voorzien bij dit volatiele fonds.

    Maar goed. Zonder TA hebben we momenteel helemaal niks. Ben blij dat je die grafieken hier plaatst. Bij voorbaat dank. :-)

    FOCUS MRO Industries could be of interest to Hagemeyer

    LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Privately-owned MRO Industries, which last Friday filed for bankruptcy protection in the Netherlands, could be a good fit for Dutch industrial services company Hagemeyer NV, market commentators say.

    According to analysts, if Hagemeyer were to purchase MRO Industries, it would help it to accelerate its industrial segment, while also giving it access to further customers.

    In a research note published this morning, SNS Securities said that MRO Industries could prove to be a worthwhile purchase for the AEX-listed company as it would accelerate its penetration into the industrial market -- one of the five pillars of Hagemeyer's strategy.

    Another Amsterdam-based broker told Thomson Financial News in a telephone interview that Hagemeyer is definitely still interested in making acquisitions.

    'One of its main strategies is to make small head-on acquisitions in Europe, focusing on the industrial segment' he said. 'I am not familiar with MRO Industries, but it sounds like it could be an interesting target.'

    Such a move could also give Hagemeyer access to customers such as Royal DSM NV, Nedcar and Rockwool International, analysts noted.

    Asked if purchasing MRO Industries would protect Hagemeyer from takeover itself, another analyst noted that, with only 60 mln eur of sales last year, MRO Industries would be too small to make any significant financial impact on Hagemeyer. 'But it would just provide a clear signal to the market that Hagemeyer is accelerating its industrial segment, in line with its strategy focus,' he said.

    MRO Industries -- which is 85 pct owned by venture capital firm NPM Capital, an investment subsidiary of SHV Holdings -- made a number of acquisitions in the past two years. SNS Securities today pointed out that the Belgo-Dutch firm reported a 2006 full-year net loss of 6.7 mln eur, mainly due to acquisition-related integration issues and high financing costs.

    Meanwhile, there has also been much speculation recently that Hagemeyer could be a target for a trade or financial buyer, with many industry commentators pointing to Rexel SA as a potential buyer.

    In a note sent to clients today, Credit Suisse did not rule out the possibility of a tie-up between the two, but the broker highlighted that Rexel is still in the process of integrating GE Supply, which it acquired last year.

    However, another analyst today told Thomson Financial News that despite there being strategic logic and attractive synergies to such a deal, he thinks it is unlikely to happen as Hagemeyer would be a very sizeable purchase for its French peer.

    'Rexel would have to issue fresh capital [to acquire Haegemeyer], and such a deal would raise large operational integration issues. I believe Rexel would rather prefer to go on acquiring small companies' he said.

    Hagemeyer was unavailable for comment.
