    Dat doe ik toch...?
    Voor de 10' 538.93+(534.26-526.07) = 547,12
    Voor de 15' 534.82+(534.88-528.55) = 541.15

    Enige probleem met de laatste is dat de hogere bodem hoger is dan de top. Weet iemand wat de effecten hiervan zijn mbt de geldigheid?

    Ik dacht, kom laat ik op de bodem van vandaag eens wat calls kopen. Wat blijkt, staat de call/put ratio ineens op 2,65. Zo krijg ik wel het gevoel dat ik de enige ben die invloed heeft op de beurs. Zoveel heb ik er nu ook weer niet gekocht. Hoop dat Rijkman-Groenink niet alleen richting Schotland is gegaan om zijn nieuwe estate te bekijken. Morgen ongetwijfeld een test van de bodem op 531.

    AX4 532,5 calls er weer uit. Juni calls 545 nog in bezit. Spreads mei 530-535 ook nog gewoon in bezit. Verwacht woensdag of donderdag nog wel toenadering door RBS.

    Oil Rises Above $65 as Nigeria Election Dispute May Curb Supply

    April 23 (Bloomberg) -- Crude oil rose above $65 a barrel in New York on concern shipments from Nigeria, Africa's biggest producer, may be disrupted as complaints about the country's presidential election spawn more violence.

    Nigeria is counting votes after the April 21 poll that observers said was marred by fraud. Militant attacks have already cut about a quarter of Nigeria's output. The country produces low-sulfur, or sweet, oil that is prized by U.S. refiners because of the high proportion of gasoline it yields. Refiners are boosting gasoline output before the summer months.

    ``Nigeria is the driving force in the market because there are a lot of questions about the fairness of the vote,'' said Nauman Barakat, senior vice president of global energy futures at Macquarie Futures USA Inc. in New York. ``The Nigerian crude is sweet with a high gasoline yield, so any disruption will be very bullish for gasoline.''

    Crude oil for June delivery rose $1.22, or 1.9 percent, to $65.33 a barrel at 2:08 p.m. on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prices are down 13 percent from a year ago. The July through December contracts are higher than the front-month contract.

    Gasoline for May delivery in New York surged 4.11 cents, or 1.9 percent, to $2.1785 a gallon.

    Street Battles

    Gunmen battled security forces in Port Harcourt, a city located in the heart of the Niger delta, leaving at least seven people dead in the area's main city, police said, Associated Press reported. Attacks in the Niger delta have forced Royal Dutch Shell Plc's Nigerian venture to almost halve oil production, by 477,000 barrels a day, since February 2006.

    Nigeria's ruling party candidate, Umaru Yar'Adua, won the vote by a 4-to-1 margin over his nearest rival, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission.

    State Department spokesman Sean McCormack told reporters in Washington that the elections were ``deeply flawed,'' adding that the U.S. wants to see any challenges unfold in a lawful manner. The European Union's observer group said the polls weren't credible, while the Washington-based National Democratic Institute said flaws ``compromised the integrity'' of the voting.

    ``The disenchantment with the Nigerian election could lead to further violence,'' said Tom Bentz, an oil broker with BNP Paribas Inc. in New York. ``Storms over the weekend caused power outages that forced refiners in Texas to shut, which is also supportive to prices.''

    Valero Refinery

    Valero Energy Corp. said power to its McKee refinery in Sunray, Texas, was cut by storms on Saturday, according to a filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The company didn't say whether any refining units were shut by the power failure or production affected.

    Valero said on April 18 the McKee refinery is processing crude oil at half its capacity. The plant had a processing capacity of 170,000 barrels of oil a day before it was shut by a fire on Feb. 16.

    ``Wednesday's report will probably show that refiners increased runs again,'' said Brad Samples, commodity analyst for Summit Energy Services Inc., a Louisville, Kentucky-based consulting firm. ``Refiners are making efforts to meet product demand, which is increasing crude demand.''

    The U.S. Energy Department is scheduled to release its weekly report on petroleum inventories on April 18 at 10:30 a.m. in Washington.

    Belgian Strike Threat

    Herwin Schonewille, an oil trader with Fortis Bank NV in Brussels, said oil prices rose today ``on the back of elections in Nigeria,'' and also because of the threat of a refinery- worker strike in Belgium.

    Workers are ready to strike May 9 and shut down four refineries in Antwerp after the refinery owners failed to meet demands for higher salaries and bonuses, Rik van Leeth, a union leader, said last week. The refineries have a combined processing capacity of more than 600,000 barrels a day.

    ``There is still some time to see if they can sort it out,'' Schonewille said. ``If they proceed with the strike, quite some barrels will be taken out of the market. That could possibly have an impact on the gasoline imports in the U.S.''

    The U.S. market will depend on fuel imports from Europe and elsewhere as rising demand has outstripped refinery capacity, according to Jakob Schoechli, an analyst at Clariden Leu, said from Zurich. ``In general, America has a deficit and needs to import fuel from Europe.''

    West Texas Intermediate crude oil, or WTI, has traded at a record discount this month against Brent, produced in the North Sea, because of rising inventories at Cushing, Oklahoma. The spread between Brent and WTI is widening today.

    Brent crude oil for June settlement rose $1.43, or 2.2 percent, to $67.92 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures exchange.

    Vergeet niet dat wij RD hebben, die hebben belang bij een hoge olieprijs en weegt zwaar in de index! Ook het verhaal van TCI kan beleggers weer moet geven, ook al kijk ik daar anders naar...
