    HONG KONG--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 7, 2009 -- Commodore International Corporation (Other OTC:CDRL.PK - News) ("CIC") and Asiarim Corporation (OTC BB:ARMC.OB - News) ("Asiarim") announce today that they have entered into a 50/50 joint venture agreement to facilitate the manufacturing and distribution of a range of computer products under the brand name of "Commodore" for the territories of Asia and Africa.

    Under the terms of the joint venture agreement and exclusive trademark license agreement, CIC will contribute the exclusive license brand to Asia and Africa for a period of 5 years plus an automatic extension of a further 5 years, and Asiarim will contribute up to a maximum of US$7 million. CIC shall also have the right to exchange its 50% interests in the joint venture for 50% interests in Asiarim, subject to the joint venture company achieving certain sales conditions. The joint venture company shall be responsible for providing sourcing and development of new products for CIC and its affiliates worldwide, and the market and distribution of Commodore branded products in Asia and Africa.

    The first series of computer products will be the netbooks which was recently unveiled at the IFA electronics show in Berlin. Mr. Ben van Wijhe, President and CEO of CIC, states, "This opportunity will allow both parties to integrate their strengths in order to secure a successful business case in the fast growing market of low cost netbooks and mobile internet devices. The management and shareholders of Asiarim are very eager to introduce to the market the new products and services exclusively developed for Commodore. The initial reaction from the market is very positive and retailers are willing to buy the new line of Commodore netbooks which continue the tradition of the famous Commodore C64."

    Jaja, dat Asiarim is me het wereldbedrijf wel zeg :

    Waarbij domestic gelezen moet worden als Chinees.

    Met deze geweldige omvang gaan ze dus de hele Aziatische en Afrikaanse markt ontwikkelen voor Commodore en dat Edgarizen is ze zelf niet helemaal gelukt in hun eerste jaar van bestaan, want ze hebben al een SEC-notification of late filing gehad.

    Pleit niet echt voor de eigen line of business dat ze dat niet gelukt is en dat ze geheel in tegenstelling tot hun eigen missie juist een US(?)-bedrijf gaan vertegenwoordigen in de Africa/Asia region.

    Gelukkig zijn de sites Commodorecorp en commodoreworld wel weer online, al verwijst de corp-site wel weer naar de gravel-site, die nog steeds down is. Daar zal 1 van de 7 overgebleven personeelsleden toch snel even naar moeten kijken denk ik.

    Maar goed, zoals al aangegeven, Netniet heeft in principe weinig meer met CIC te schaften en zou er beter aan doen om een paar Conceptronic gadgets van een Commodorelabeltje te voorzien en zelf die business development op te gaan zetten.

    In ieder geval geen idee waarom dit hele/hete nieuws de koers boven de euro zou moeten stuwen.

    Hallo,

    Ik ben net begonnen met beleggen en ik volg dit forum al een tijdje.
    Verder ben ik echt een leek met beleggen.
    Ik heb wat aandelen, RDS,Aegon,Quirius en Kardan.
    Is het verstandig om nu nog aandelen Nedfield te kopen?

    Wel bij de les blijven he~.

    Die 550 stukies was een restantdtje van een ordertje die eigenlijk daar ook weer bij hoorde { yep, dat dan wel weer} die totaal 2300 stukies was die ook nog eens om 15.47 was uitgevoerd tot aan 16.46 uur.
    Snap ie het nou?

    Maar om op het kern van het verhaal terug te komen, hoef ik niet boven de euro terug te kopen..maare kan ze er nog wel boven de euro verkopen.

    p.s Pitmans zal het wel precies begrijpen vermoed ik. haha

    Op tijd cashen is ook een kunst ;) kijk ook verder, nee ik ga hier geen tip geven maar het is nu nog een pennystock... (€0,52 erbij en dan niet meer).
