   AMSTERDAM (Dow Jones)--ASM International nv (ASM.AE) heeft tijdens de algemene vergadering van aandeelhouders (ava) goedkeuring gekregen voor alle agendapunten, maakt het bedrijf maandag bekend.
   
   Hiermee stemden aandeelhouders onder meer in met een dividenduitbetaling over 2010 van EUR0,40 per aandeel.

   Was inderdaad een goede vergadering. Bedrijf is klaar voor de toekomst met extra groei motoren in nieuwe technieken en het gedeelte wat overgenomen is van Siemens.
