   ja en? Door een IPO gaat Osram niet opeens meer bij RM kopen. Of bedoel je dat Osram zelf een inhouse tester zou willen hebben? Is zeer grote automotive leverancier, dus niet ondenkbaar. maar concerns van deze grootte hebben genoeg kapitaal om zelf de nieuwste testapparatuur te kopen en goed personeel te werven.

   Dit is de tweede keer in korte tijd dat de koers met hoog volume omhoog gaat. Er worden grotere blokken uit de laat opgekocht. Het zal toch niet zo zijn dat er een partij is die een belang in RM wil opbouwen op deze te lage koers?
   
   Je ziet namelijk nooit een grotere bied staan, dus het is een direct koop uit de laat!

    Iemand die 350k aandelen koopt heeft al een belang van 1%! Een aantal keren van die blokken en je hebt een melding bij de AFM te pakken.
    
    Maar goed misschien heb je wel gelijk en is het gewoon een correctie op een veel te lage koers ;-)

    Russia¡¯s LED lighting market will be improved
    
    
    Currently, Russia imports 98 % of its LED lighting, but this situation will change. State funding and investment from private companies is setting up a domestic LED infrastructure and companies all over Russia dedicated to LED lighting technologies are emerging.
    In March 2010, the Russian state announced that the transition from incandescent bulbs to energy-efficient lighting devices would not take place by implementing energy-efficient saving lamps (CFLs), but by converting to LEDs directly. Also, the State has decided to introduce new standards for LED lighting technologies.
    Meanwhile, capital investors were helping to establish a domestic Russian LED production capability.
    Most of problems relating to Russia's emerging LED market were discussed at the fourth LED Forum Moscow, which would be conducted by Osram Opto Semiconductors and be held on November 10-11. Speakers were to analyze the trends in Russia's LED market, including the country's plans to establish domestic Russian LED production facilities. Philips and Rainbow Electronics would take place on November 11.

    In the Russian lighting market, the traditional incandescent bulbs occupy more than half of the share. Energy saving lamps (fluorescent lamps) accounted for 36%, while the Led Street Light only 0.5% of the share.
    
    However, "on saving energy and improving energy efficiency and the Russian Federation on amendments to certain laws and regulations" Federal law promises to change the Russian Led Street Light fixtures market as soon as possible.     Osram completes acquisition of Siteco

    The purchase of the supplier of professional lighting applications opens up new growth potential for LED applications. Osram has also appointed Klaus-Günter Vennemann as head of the business unit Professional Lighting.
    
    On 1 July 2011, Osram successfully completed the acquisition of Siteco Lighting GmbH based in Traunreut, Germany.
    
    Siteco offers professional lighting applications for commercial and public areas, including municipal infrastructure such as buildings, streets, tunnels, airports or sport stadiums.
    
    "With this acquisition Osram is strengthening its position in the solution business. This applies to both classic energy-saving and LED-based lighting technology," says Wolfgang Dehen, CEO of Osram.
