They refuse to meet with Indian stakeholderspublished Thursday, December 29th at 20:33P4 West can reveal that one of India's largest vehicle manufacturer is interested in buying Saab Automobile's bankruptcy estate. But in bankruptcy refuses to meet with the company for a meeting. It was told the company during the Thursday evening. The Indian company is interested in buying part or all of Saab's bankruptcy estate. The company is also conceivable to have continued production in Trollhättan. The vehicle manufacturer booked therefore set up a meeting with the administrator Hans Bergqvist at the law firm Delphi in Gothenburg. The meeting would take place on Thursday 5 January. But where did it stop. Bankruptcy trustees canceled the night before the meeting.
The Indian company is represented by, the accused Vladimir Antonov previous Swedish spokesperson, Lars Carlstrom. Carlstrom says that the mission could have have prevented the meeting.
- I was tonight called by Hans Bergqvist and then he canceled that meeting. He opened with a question about it is I who is Lars Carlstrom and if I have represented Antonov. I said that it corresponds very well. Then he said (Bergqvist) that I am not welcome and that they (the receivers) not want to meet my clients, says Lars Carlstrom to P4 West.
P4 West has read the email in which Hans Bergqvist cancel the meeting with the company. The e-mail confirming Bergqvist that the meeting is set. Why the receivers made that decision is not, but Bergqvist refers only to a telephone conversation he had with Lars Carlstrom during Thursday evening.
- I have not found any reasonable explanation for his decision. It is with great dismay I note it here. That for some reason, if it is based on my actions in the Saab question or on other links, risks a major player who is able to acquire and secure a future in Trollhattan.
P4 West have sought bankruptcy trustee Hans Bergqvist without success. When P4 West during Friday morning when Linnaeus Walenty who is communications manager at Wistrand, where the second bankruptcy trustee Anne-Marie Pouteaux work, she has nothing to say.
- I can not comment on it, she says.
Who can comment on that?
- It's only the receivers who do.
How do I get in bankruptcy then? When I call they say no and when I leave the message so there is no caller.
- Bankruptcy trustees have no time for an interview right now. We have put up a website that we continually update, says Walenty.
But that says nothing about this.
- I can take your number and name and ask the receivers to call if there is time left. But I can not promise anything.
