    I can not go into the specifics, but it could be that the company has a contract that says that it can not transfer this deal over to anyone else - but then one could instead turn to subcontracting - without coming in breach of the contract," said lawyer Lars Söderqvist to SvD.

    This could turn out to be very important in the Saab deal as a possible new owner of Saab could produce the Saab 9-5 as a subcontractor for Spyker. But it could also result in GM buying back the license from Spyker to prevent future use of the license.

    denk eerder dat hij een aanklacht voor faillissementsfraude aan zijn broek krijgt als dit waar is.

    De tent opzadelen met een schuld van ruim een miljard en de assets overhevelen naar Spyker vlak voor een onvermijdelijk faillissement. Die wil ik meemaken.

    wie zijn toch die kopers die een paar honderd stuks tegen 4 en 5 cent kopen?
    Nieuwe klantjes van Binck of zo, die over de eerste orders geen transactiekosten betalen?

    Beetje slecht te spreken over de lage koers?
    Je bent genoeg gewaarschuwd daar kan het niet aan liggen..
    Mijn opmerking staat los van de koers. Het gaat erom dat er dingen worden gepost die er toe doen. Een "hoopvolle lage koers zodat ik toch lekker mijn gelijk kan helen" opmerking is niet echt iets wat hieraan toevoegt dat is alles.
