    Jazeker, EWSI is een ruwe diamant die zal schijnen in 2014/15.
    Ik heb m'n DD al gedaan en het ziet er echt goed uit! Ik zal die later hier posten. Dacht dat ik dat al gedaan had maar ben 't blijkbaar vergeten door POET van dichtbij te volgen. Je kunt m'n DD trouwens vinden op Ihub & Ihang

    Ja mij ook moet ik toegeven. Met een $30 mil deal zou je toch een betere reactie verwachten van de market. Het is natuurlijk geen $30 mil contract dat onmiddellijk geboekt kan worden, maar eerder wat het verwachte eindresultaat zal zijn voor dit jaar. Er was initieel een goede reactie van de market als het nieuws uitkwam maar dit werd in de kiem gesmoord door verwatering. Althans dat vermoed ik. Ik volg dit aandeel sinds kort en het is nu al de derde keer dat we aan de deur kloppen van 0.05 & iedere keer wordt het aandeel naar beneden gehaald. Sommige beweren Naked Shorting maar dat is quatsch. Het is het bedrijf dat geld ophaalt aka dilution. Verwatering kan niet ontkent worden als je de OS & Float bekijkt in de laatste maand(en). Ik heb geen probleem met verwatering als het bescheiden is en dient om waarde te creëren.

    De inkomsten van EWSI stijgen exponentieel en daarmee ook de kosten om dit te genereren. Het is dus wachten totdat er winst gemaakt kan worden, maar de CEO heeft al gezegd dat dit opnieuw geïnvesteerd zal worden (retained earnings), wat op zich een goeie strategie is om nog meer te groeien. Het nadeel is dat er voor de komende tijd verwatering zal zijn als hij steeds geld ophaalt. Ik verwacht niet dat dit continue zal zijn, maar eerder in periodes, elk kwartaal een beetje. Hoogstwaarschijnlijk telkens wanneer er nieuws te melden is. Dat maakt het makkelijker als er hordes penny flippers op het nieuws afkomen. Wat trouwens het meest gebruikte recept is op de OTC...

    Niettemin men kan dit gebruiken in jou voordeel.
    EWSI blijft een aandeel om in de gaten te houden en je kan een 'shadow long' zijn, ik bedoel hiermee dat het veiliger is om dit aandeel te volgen van de zijlijn, en in te kopen als de TA indicatoren zoals de RSI rond de 30 staat. De penny mentaliteit op de OTC dicteert dat de prijs over de komende weken naar beneden zal gaan en dan is het moment daar om je slag te slaan. Er zit veel nieuws aan te komen en dat zal het negatieve sentiment omkeren. EWSI is voorlopig een flip stock, en als je het goed kan timen dan kun je met enkele goed geplaatste trades gratis aandelen verzamelen en alle risico eruit halen. Speel het W-patroon! EWSI behoort tot de weinige aandelen op de vervloekte OTC die kans maakt om echt iets te worden op langere termijn dus er zal steeds voldoende liquiditeit zijn om te handelen. Het heftig traden in combinatie met periodes van weinig nieuws, verwatering en schuld conversie zullen voldoende opportuniteit bieden om het W-patroon te spelen. Doe jou voordeel hiermee ;)

    Ik ben er gisteren ook uitgestapt. Had m'n eerste aandelen aangekocht op 0.04 daarna bijgekocht op 0.048 & verkocht op 0.044. Ik heb uiteindelijk $10 winst! Ik denk dat ik vroeg thuis zal zijn vanavond LOL

    Ik ga nu enkele weken wachten en dan weer instappen...

    Echt de moeite om dit eens te lezen.
    Er was voldoende aankoop in EWSI en toch gaat het aandeel naar beneden.
    Ik heb al eerder gezegd dat er verwatering gaande is, wat hoogstwaarschijnlijk zo is, maar dit draagt er heel zeker aan bij:

(OTCQB: EWSI) ('EWSI' or the "Company"), an electronic waste management, reverse logistics, environmentally focused services and technology company and the first pure play public e-waste operator, announced today the Grand Opening of its new eWaste recycling and reverse logistics operation in Cincinnati, Ohio.

    "We are pleased to announce the opening of our new facility in Cincinnati and the Grand Opening on the 20th of March," said Martin Nielson, Founder and CEO of E-Waste Systems, Inc. "This facility is strategically located in the logistics golden triangle of the Eastern US and will combine to offer all the services available under our brand."

    The facility has been selected and planned to have the capacity to process as much as 75Million pounds of ewaste annually. The new building will serve as the headquarters of the operating unit EWS Cincinnati, which will also provide oversight of the recently acquired facility in New York state.The Cincinnati unit will become a strategic operational hub for the Midwest and the New York location will provide the basis for further expansion in the Northeast. The initial occupation is over 50,000 square feet with the possibility for further expansion. All of the assets recently acquired, including the shredding and separation and CRT processing lines are being installed into the new facility.Simultaneously, the asset recovery, data destruction, and repair and refurbishment functionality, much of which was acquired with the 2013 acquisition in California is also being installed.Planning is underway for this location to be a constantly upgraded operation to ultimately showcase EWSI's ePlant offering and the future developments which are being considered as part of that operation.

    "Our new location opens extensive business opportunities and enables us to provide the region with a comprehensive solution to a global problem," said Julie Peterson, president of EWS Cincinnati. "We are already operating in the new facility and have just received record receipts of new waste streams from key customers."
