    In dit bericht op Bloomberg van 6 juni staat de volgende zin:

    They said Telefonica is aiming to allay EU antitrust concerns by sharing as much as 7 percent of its network capacity with each of the trio -- Freenet AG, Drillisch AG and Liberty Global Plc’s Unitymedia KabelBW.

    Ik begrijp daaruit : 7 procent met ieder van het trio, zijnde 3 maal 7 procent is 21 procent.

    Dan zou het dus een gelopen race KUNNEN zijn :)

    1. To secure EU approval for the E-Plus deal, Telefonica - Europe's biggest telecoms provider by revenue - will allow some smaller operators to lease at least a fifth of the combined company's network capacity, the sources said.

    2.The Commission's decision, expected by July 2, has already created dismay in the German cartel office. The sources said the German regulator had written both to European Competition Commissioner Joaquin Almunia and fellow agencies across Europe, warning against the merger.

    "We sent a letter to the Commission in May regarding remedies on the table at that time. We had some concerns at that time," said Kay Weidner, spokesman at the German cartel office.

    The Commission will brief national competition regulators on the proposed merger on Wednesday but is not expected to change its mind.

    Thx, koers gaat overigens nog niet echt geweldig. Hoop dat we hier morgen toch meer dan 5% stijgen. Zo niet, dan heb ik 1 jaar voor jan lul zitten wachten.
