If so, to get what you want we still have some support at ~2.53 (MA-200), short-term support at ~2.52, then support zone ~2.50-2.49, and again a hard support at ~2.45....
Actually there are NO profitable speculative shares (in reasonable volume) under ~2.44. So, to dive lower either some parties must take losses voluntarily (do you know why they should do it just before possible “systemic“ uptrend at the end of Jan), or some lt-investors should decide to take profit....(also would be a bit strange timing & level from lt-prospects).
However, you are right in general. Indeed, before an (expected, or just possible) “systemic” uptrend the profs may try to push just a bit down (as much as it’s not too expensive ...., should their “fake subtrend“ be properly “supported“ by small, but too active, retailers selling - trying to play profs games, and attempting to repurchase lower).
