    Telefonica doesn't plan more deals in Europe: CFO

    MADRID--Spanish telecommunications firm Telefonica SA (TEF.MC) doesn't plan any further deal making in Europe, chief financial officer Angel Vila said Thursday.

    "We have no ambitions for cross-border consolidation or empire building," Mr. Vila told analysts. "We are happy with the scale and footprint we have in Europe."

    Telefonica has in recent years reorganized its businesses in Europe, bulking up in Germany and Spain, while exiting Ireland, the U.K. and the Czech Republic.

    Paling, haring met bietjes, grote garnalen, gepureerde makreel op een bedje van zeekraal, heerlijk brood en een pinot gris

    Voor de prijs van 17 euro per persoon. Zaten aan de bar. Supervers.

    Een aanrader voor hen die graag vis eten en daar op bezoek gaan.

    For today: PP=3.323
    Resistance: R1=3.352; R2=3.371
    Support: S1=3.305; S2=3.275

    The upper edge of (confirmed) 'modified pattern' (see old posts) is ~3.40 / ~3.395 at opening/closing, while the lower edge (no modifications since Mar 19) is around ~3.33 / ~3.34 at opening/closing.

    Yes, you just see a standard 'border reaction' (on the lower pattern edge) towards the upper edge.

    As for aex, following slightly modified (see yesterday posts) tech st-pattern, it's preparing to test (extremely crucial for modified st-pattern) resistance at ~495.... If it's broken within this (or next session), the tech pattern formation would continue further as 'prescribed' (see old posts) - towards the resistance zone around ~500, and the target ~510. Otherwise, the (old) pattern formation would be broken, the lower top forming would be completed and a "new st-retreat" would start... (take care of the eur/usd rates). Don't forget that kpn is not correlated with aex on longer horizons only....

    For almost ~3 h we are moving along the upper edge of our (confirmed) modified pattern, which is ~3.396 right now. The pattern critical time is the closing of next session.

    For modified pattern the prob to rise (at/before the critical time) increased, while the prob to dive decreased reasonably (contrary to the old pattern that indicated a reasonably high prob to dive towards ~3.2 before the critical time - see old posts)

    PS. R3=3.402 So, it's time for "check on sellers" ....

    As you see, the eur/usd rates jumped up almost ~1% (from ~1.132) breaking above the PP=1.14 (for FX).... And, aex had to fall down ~1% from the "very crucial" resistance level ~495 (take care of 'financing currency'). Though, aex has still one session left to try breaking above 495 level, preserving the tech pattern timing, and a chance to rise.... Don't forget that kpn is not correlated on longer horizons, that's "positive/negative" relations on short-term intervals.
