Goedemorgen iedereen!
I have quitely followed this AM forum for a couple of years, and never post anything (my dutch is terrible!) Yet again, I am sitting all-in with AM for the last 2 months, and yet again, I am getting seriously frustrated with the behaviour of it. Twice in the last year I have jumped out too early from frustration, and twice I have missed the jumps to 30,50 in January & May. I don't want to make this type of error again, but......
I agree with the sentiments of most of you - that this is a seriously undervalued stock, but at the same time I do not think there is any logic to the price behaviour. Often I feel I might as well take the loss and take the cash to Holland Casino. Probably would get a better return!
AEX drops, AM drops harder.
AEX recovers, AM recovers by a small fraction.
AEX drops again, AM drops harder again!
ie: 3 steps forward, 4 steps backwards.
The absolute best example of weirdness was yesterday. ING gets battered with a
750mil fine and 300mil write-offs and drops 3.5%, recovers to a close of -1.2%. AM steady decline all day with no real reason other than the whole market took a beating.
I dont belive the Ilva situation is holding down AM, Trump decisions seem to have been priced in, Mexico/Canada/China/EU renegotiations also - so what is holding AM back?
Could it just simply be investor frustration on a very large scale?
