    Het lijkt erop dat de nieuwe Sales Agent, die is toegevoegd om in het kader van de lopende ATM nieuwe stukken in de markt te zetten, met een andere opdracht het veld in is gestuurd.
    Waar Wainwright schijnbaar de opdracht had om een bodemprijs $1.99 aan te houden, zie je de laatste dagen vrij grote volumes op steeds lagere koersen gedumpt worden. Maandag werd de koers steeds teruggezet op $2.01 en $1.99, gisteren op $1.99 en $1.97 en vandaag gingen grote partijen in dump nog lager, 50k op $1.935 en 40k zelfs op $1.92 .
    Ik zit er klein terug in, maar na dit geweld niet bepaald met een goed gevoel. Inmiddels wordt de koersvorming wel weer aan de markt overgelaten en staat er weer een kleiner verlies €1.955 , maar de vraag is of dat lang stand houdt.

    FDA-nieuws is uitgesteld tot minimaal januari, omdat de FDA tot eind 2020 alleen nog clearances doet die met Covid te maken hebben. Over de China-deal nog geen nieuws.

    Als ik snel reken, kom ik op :
    2.2455mio nieuwe stukken voor $2.065
    2.2455mio bijbehorende warrants voor exercise $1.94
    2.597mio prefunded warrants voor $2.055, exercise $0.001
    2.597mio bijbehorende warrants voor exercise $1.94
    Op dit moment betaalt die partij dus $10mio voor 4.84mio stukken (=±$2,066 p/st) en hebben ze warrants voor nog eens 4.84mio stukken aan $1.94. Gemiddeld dus voor ±$2

(Nasdaq: OPGN, “OpGen”), a precision medicine company harnessing the power of molecular diagnostics and bioinformatics to help combat infectious disease, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement for a private placement with one healthcare-focused U.S. institutional investor of (i) 2,245,400 shares of common stock together with 2,245,400 warrants (the “Common Warrants”) to purchase up to 2,245,400 shares of common stock and (ii) 2,597,215 pre-funded warrants (the “Pre-Funded Warrants”), with each Pre-Funded Warrant exercisable for one share of common stock, together with 2,597,215 Common Warrants to purchase up to 2,597,215 shares of common stock. Each share of common stock and accompanying Common Warrant are being sold together at a combined offering price of $2.065, and each Pre-funded Warrant and accompanying Common Warrant are being sold together at a combined offering price of $2.055. The Pre-Funded Warrants are immediately exercisable, at an exercise price of $0.01, and may be exercised at any time until all of the Pre-Funded Warrants are exercised in full. The Common Warrants will have an exercise price of $1.94 per share, will be exercisable commencing on the six month anniversary of the date of issuance, and will expire five and one half (5.5) years from the date of issuance (collectively, the “Private Placement”).

    Ik ook.
    Enerzijds vaagt het een beetje de hoop weg dat een koers flink boven $2 nog reeel is (want aan die prijs komen er 10mio stukken bij = ± 1/3 van huidig uitstaand)
    Anderzijds is nu inderdaad wel de funding weer voor een jaartje verzekerd.

    In de US weten ze er nog niet echt raad mee, binnen een half uur al tussen $1.98 en $1.89 genoteerd. Maar nog niet boven $2, dus die overweging van zekerheid funding is nog niet getriggered.

    Zei je nou $2,50 of $1,50 ?

    The story of mijn beleggersleven tegenwoordig : ik wilde ze vorige week kwijt met 20 cent winst. Ik heb ze van $1,965 (op een order die op $1,97 stond), maar bij degiro kan ik vreemd genoeg alleen orders in hele centen inleggen. Dat werd dus $2,17 ipv $2,165.
    Die $2,17 is precies nog aangetikt op de 8ste, maar blijkbaar onvoldoende volume om mijn order mee te nemen. En nu dus al 40 cent op de glijbaan naar beneden, benieuwd of daar nog een einde aan komt.

    Ik heb ook nooit eens mazzel (en vandaar dus weinig geduld met beleggen....)
