   Mr. Bradbrook is a mining professional whose career has spanned more than 35 years, and has generated a unique combination of experience and expertise. His principal roles have encompassed many aspects of the mining industry including financing, strategic planning, exploration, mine development, corporate development work, financial analysis, investor relations and marketing.
   
   Among his most significant roles, he was founder and former President of New Gold Inc., founder of Crocodile Gold Corp. (now Kirkland Lake Gold), and former VP, Corporate Development of Goldcorp Inc. He was also involved in the discovery and development of the Williams Mine in Hemlo, Ontario. Mr. Bradbrook has been personally involved in raising more than $1.1 billion in public and private equity markets. He has both an M.Sc. and B.Sc. In Geology.

   Novo now has the foundation to begin its climb to become a world-class gold producer. Many think that Novo will be bought out and that is what Novo wants. But that is not Quinton's plan. He wants to develop a gold company that will rival Kirkland Lake Gold. This is why Novo has bought stakes of Kalamazoo Resources and GBM Resources in Victoria, Australia. He wants to find another Fosterville there and Novo will eventually buy them out. The other recent purchase was a stake in New Found Gold Corp in Newfoundland, Canada. Quinton has stated that the ore is identical to that at Fosterville. Another potential takeover target for Novo. There is no doubt more to come. The next target could be White Rock Minerals and the Last Chance Gold prospect in Alaska. Stay tuned. Quinton thinks big and on a long-term basis and is way ahead of the rest of us.
