    ik ook maar wel helaas voor 4,25
    waarschijnlijk over een jaar niet echt meer van belang of het 4,25 of 4,15 was.

    Mocht ie doorzakken dan ben ik rond 3,50 weer van de partij.

    NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) - A federal jury ruled that Eli Lilly & Co. infringed the patent of Ariad Pharmaceuticals with its drugs Evista and Xigris, and ordered the drugmaker to pay the Massachusetts biotech firm $65.2 million, the companies said.

    In U.S. District Court in Boston, the jury ruled unanimously that Lilly infringed a patent that covers methods of treating disease by regulating cell activity with two of its drugs. Ariad licensed the patent from the co-plaintiffs, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, and the Fellows of Harvard College.

    * And yes we know Lilly is appealing; but if you were head of their legal council and just lost your biggest case, and were at risk of losing your job, we all know one would do nothing but appeal. Baseless as it is, they are doing what even Ken Lay was doing and all the other GUILTY crooks out there! They are ALL STILL GUILTY. So just because one files an appeal doesn't mean jack!!!!

    All those above and many many more reasons that it is clear that the evidence shows this stock is at a solid base/support level from $3.78 where it recently began its uptic from the unreasonable and oversold lows and is set to scream on ANY MORE positive news!

    Even in the unlikelyhood that the Judge overturns the ruling of the Jury ( which is doubtful ) the naysaying BofA Analysts are saying it's worth at least $7 if they lost, and with all that ARIAD has going for it otherwise, and as depicted above, we are rating ARIA a Strong Buy!
