    Mijn GROTE vraag is eigenlijk:

    ..waar is NUINSCO.

    Wanneer het downplay scenario ook maar een geintje waarheid zou bevatten, is het iig meer dan geslaagd.

    Waar blijft nu dan het overnamebericht, voor bij mekaar 2 mio oid, door Nuinsco??

    Antwoord: de MC van Nuinsco is momenteel een schamele 8,5 mio.
    Ook hier malaise alom, en totaal gebrek aan zuurstof.

    Campbell Resources Obtains Creditor Protection Under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act

    MONTREAL, Jan. 28, 2009 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX News Network) --
    Campbell Resources Inc. (the "Corporation") (NEX CCH.H-X, OTC Bulletin Board: CBLRF) announced today that the Superior Court of Québec (Commercial Division) has granted an initial order to it under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36) (the "CCAA"). The Corporation intends to avail itself of the provisions of the CCAA to prepare and present a plan of arrangement to its creditors. Under the terms of the order, Raymond Chabot Inc. will serve as the Court-appointed monitor under the CCAA process and will assist the Corporation in formulating its restructuring plan. No restructuring plan has yet been determined by the Corporation. The management intends to provide regular updates with respect to its restructuring plan.

    On December 12, 2008, the Corporation announced the discontinuation of all mining operations at its Copper Rand mine. The decision to terminate operations at the Copper Rand mine was originally announced on September 9, 2008. Campbell also suspended its bulk sample exploration program at the Corner Bay property in October 2008 because of extreme difficulties in securing financing in the current marketplace and the decline in copper prices.

    As a result of current economic circumstances, the Corporation's board of directors has determined that it is in the best interests of its shareholders, employees and creditors to seek protection pursuant to the CCAA. The Corporation's board of directors is now composed of four members: MMssrs. Louis Archambault, Alain Blais, André Y. Fortier and Réal Savoie.

    Wat het onderstaande bericht voor waarde heeft weet alleen de schrijver er van, toch wil ik niet degene zijn die het bericht lacherig afwijst.

    ALERT: The shareholder has been getting significant traffic from a very important visitor
    The shareholder website ( www.campbellanalysis.com ) has been receiving traffic from a very special visitor. This visitor is a division of one of the largest Buyout Funds in the world.

    This morning I sent out an urgent private message using Investor Village email. This message went to the group of people informally identified as “CRSA members”. (I us the word “informally”, because the group has no specific membership roster, no charter, no dues, no budget, and no officially designated Leadership).

    In this private message, I identified the visitor by company name, and presented the evidence from the Server logs. This is huge news! Not only has this firm been visiting the website, but this one visitor has hit the website 78 times (231 pages) since January 1st.

    It was only by chance (luck) that we were able to get the name of the company – I have explained (in the past) how rare it is to be able to get identifying information on a visitor. And we can never get that info on a person (without a court order), the best we can hope for is a company name.

    We are not revealing the name of this firm in public. And CRSA member have been asked to keep the information to themselves and not post it on any message board. We will respect the privacy of visitors to the website.

    But seeing that this Buyout Firm has been visiting the website on multiple occasions is probably the most BULLISH news I could possibly share here.

    It may have actually happened (like I posted 2 days ago) that a hostile group was preparing to make an offer for Campbell, and Management figured it out, and that’s why they abruptly went back under CCAA protection.

    Go read up on the term “tender offer”, and you will see how easy it is to make such an offer. CCAA protection would of course change that, but if it is known ion Montréal and Toronto that cash rich Buyout Fund has their eye on Campbell, it changes the nature of everything.

    Like I wrote… “nothing will ever get done at $0.006 or $0.01 per share, so buy your shares today”.

    My God, dat campbellanalysis....

    Ik sta niet onwelwillend tegenover CCH, maar zelden zo'n rare kluit onzin gezien.

    Nu nog, bij een MC van drie keer niks beweren dat er schimmige grote partijen aan het bashen zijn om maar 'goedkoper' in te kunnen slaan...nee..... ze zijn echt out there.
    Nu heb ik bij voorbaat waarschijnlijk al een 'ban' verdiend...

    tja daar geloof ik ook niks van.Maar als anderen het geloven en de koers opjagen tot 2 à 3 cent cent ,dan heb ik ze z.g.a.z. verkocht.

    Mmm. weet je wat het is, je hoeft niet alles te geloven wat iemand schrijft, maar het gaat om de kern van het bericht, en dat is dat er nog leven is in Campbell!

    En de mogelijke suggestieve belangstelling van derden voor Campbell?
    Tja, het is allemaal erg vaag, aan de andere kant als je vraagt is het ondenkbaar, dan zeg ik het is niet waarschijnlijk maar zeker ook niet ondenkbaar.

    De laatste dagen zijn er een miljoenen stukjes verhandeld tegen een koersprijs van 0,005, opvallend daarbij is dat telkens als de bied leeg was deze meteen werd aangevuld en deze ook zodra ze er stonden weer werden verhandeld.

    Het zal me dan ook niet verwonderen dat na de koers van TWD, de koers van Campbell de volgende is die een comeback maakt.

    De laat begint op 0,01, en er is begrijpelijkerwijs nu even geen bied.
    men wacht af op wat komen gaat!

    Mmm. vreemd er zijn al miljoenen aandelen verkocht in grote aantallen op 0,005, toch loopt de laat niet op?
    Nu schrijf ik wel vreemd, maar als ik zie dat met enige regelmaat de verkoper dezelfde is als de koper bekruipt me toch het gevoel dat er iets anders speelt, iets wat mogelijk met het ondezoek naar de handel en wandel van Campbell over de afgelopen periode te maken heeft.

    Er zijn namelijk wat grote investeerders die in Canada (Québec government) aan de bel getrokken hebben, omdat ze geen antwoord hebben gekregen hoe de miljoenen investeringsgelden besteed zijn of nog erger waar ze zijn als ze niet besteed zijn?
