    Bestaat er geen regel die zegt dat er een bepaalde tijd na aankoop van aandelen door de directie, geen positief nieuws naar buiten mag komen ? Ik kan mij voorstellen dat ze ook niet met voorkennis mogen handelen. Iemand ?

    1. I like to read the comments from standardandrich and tacoaspera. standardandrich gives good info and analysis of the company. Thanks!. However, it is always good to hear the opinion from the other side as the market is risky and individual should be careful all the time. That is why I read tacoaspera's.

    2. Dutton Associates is one of the largest issuer-paid equity research firms in the United States and our investment performance is ranked comparable to that of the top Wall Street firms. Getting paid for analysis is not really bad.

    4. Some ethanol company is downgraded by some analysts. That might be good because the reason is that they sell ethanol cheap.

    Er zijn inderdaad grote verschillen. Yahoo en Google volgen niet. Op de site van Nasdaq geeft ie een volume nu van 87k en koers 0.5202
    Al bij al lagere koers, groter volume, kan je toch niet positief over zijn.

    Dutton blijft bij zijn 12 maanden target van 2.25
    Spijtig dat hij dit al zo lang verkondigd en de koers maar blijft zakken.

    NEW YORK, June 4 (newratings.com) - Analyst Sally H Wallick of JM Dutton maintains her "speculative buy" rating on O2Diesel Corp (ticker: OTD). The 12-month target price is set to $2.25.

    In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the target market of O2Diesel’s centrally fueled fleets of diesel-powered equipment is significantly wide. O2Diesel has indicated that about estimates 29 billion gallons of diesel fuel is used by captive fleets in the US annually. If the company is able to capture 5%-10% of this estimated volume, it would generate $120-$240 million in revenues, the analysts say. JM Dutton believes that the proposed 80% acquisition of ProEco Energy Company Inc would enable O2Diesel to set competitive prices for regular diesel.

    Dus één en ander wordt werkkapitaal voor ProEco om de ethanol plant af te werken. Een datum voor de oplevering kan ik niet vinden.

    As a condition to the closing of the ProEco share exchange, the Company is obligated to secure the financing necessary to complete the construction costs to build the Ethanol Plant. Accordingly, the Company will be required to raise $120 to $140 million in debt and between $60 to $80 million in equity in two tranches in 2007.

    Ongetwijfeld zijn hier op het forum mensen die nog interessante opmerkingen kunnen plaatsen over deze sec filling, want het is mij niet helemaal duidelijk.
