   Volgens mij gaan ze ermee starten wilb52, alhoewel mijn Engels lezen niet zo OK is als dat van The Bangerd...
   
   En volgens wat ik begrepen heb uit de AVA CC gaat J&J betalen voor het ontwikkelingswerk dat Crucell presteert. Wel extra R&D kosten, maar daar tegenover staan inkomsten voor geleverde prestaties. Ik begrijp derhalve niet waarom jij het een non-starter vindt.

   Strategie J&J begint vorm te krijgen. Allereerst reorganisatie wereldwijd. Vervolgens entree in de vaccinmarkt via Crucell en het verleggen van de geografische focus van vooral VS/Europa naar opkomende landen en derde wereld. Belangrijk zijn daarbij de bestaande contacten van Crucell met Gavi, overheden, Gates foundation. Vervolgens focus op pulmonary diseases, blijkt oa uit recente overname RespiVert. Nu het nieuwe onderzoekstarget gedefinieerd Ook overeenkomst Calmune (Scripps)met Crucell past in het plaatje. De LT strategie van Gavi sluit mooi aan bij deze focus...
   Al met al lijkt er een nieuwe speler te ontstaan naast de bestaande vaccinspelers en ik ben benieuwd wat voor positie Crucell gaat innemen in de toekomst..

   J&J zal toch niet gek zijn om toekomst te zien in een RVC vaccine program? Twee (duo) J&J targets zijn nu gedefineerd, er zullen er nog twee volgen later. Volgens het contract tussen Crucell en J&J gaat het om vier (quatro) targets (tel even mee op jouw vingers dan lukt het beter).

   But I am a grown-up, I understand sarcasm and condescension. Well used they are amusing, even when directed at me. But not in this case. In this case they are sophomoric and low-brow.
   
   But as I said, I do not go crying to Mama every time somebody says...or as so often is done...implied...what I don't like.
   
   In regards to your post...
   
   I don't care what Galapagos has specialized in up to now, let Crucell hire them out to do a specific job. They actually get something done. They are competent. They have a competent management. THEY HAVE TO DO A BETTER JOB THEN MR "MONEY STUFFED DOWN HIS PANTS" BRUS. I say hire Galapagos, give them half of what Crucell stands to gain...that would be for Galapagos..."The Biggest Deal Ever"! Over 500 million euro! Galapagos could issue a press release stating they had signed the "biggest deal ever" If it is a race between Crucell doing what they specialize in, and Galapagos doing what they have never done before...my money is on...Galapagos.
   
   I think then the CEO's of Galapagos and Crucell should get 2.4 million euros as a bonus for signing this momentous deal, and the press conference would consist of each taking turns shoving wads of 100 euro notes down each others pants.
   
   I would pay to see that!

   Crucell is nu gewoon een bedrijf waar mogelijkheden en risico's elkaar redelijk in evenwicht houden. Een briljante uitbraak zal er niet komen, dat is door J&J c.s. keurig afgedekt. Er zal ongetwijfeld ooit wel eens een dividendje uitgeperst worden, maar dat kan nog jaren duren. Met een steeds somber wordend beursvooruitzicht lijkt mij dat de koopwaardigheid van Crucell weer start bij <€10. Niet eerder.

    Niet voor niets lagen er vanmorgen 60K's te wachten op 15,55, toch?
    
    Het wordt imo de voorlopige dood of de gladiolen: voorlopige dood bij alweer afketsen rondom dit niveau, met mogelijkheid tot zakken naar 14+, dan wel de gladiolen door eindelijk, na 5 jaar, weer eens door te stoten door die almaar dalende toppenlijn.
    
    Met de lange hete zomer nog voor de boeg schat ik de kans op een 2e mogelijkheid om alsnog op 14+ in te stappen, op meer dan 66,67%.
    
    

    Die 66,67% , is vandaag 100% geworden.
